On behalf of Bling 1 entertainment, we would like to extend an invitation to you and your company, to join us this year for Oakland’s own Oakland Reggae Festival. The Festival will be held at the beautiful Dunsmuir Hellman Historic Estate in Oakland, California. It is our hope that you will be able to join us.

Come out and enjoy the Legendary Reggae sounds of Third Word and The Godfada of Urban Reggae Rankin Scroo. Music provided by The Bay Area’s #1 reggae DJ - DJ Henroc. With more artist and a special guest MC. Join us at the Dunsmuir Hellman Historic Estate October 14, 2017. Event start time is 2pm. General admission tickets are $35 each.

The sound of steel drums and the savory smells of Caribbean-inspired foods make this the premiere Bay Area event for those longing for joys of the islands. Flavorful Caribbean dishes, Caribbean Market Place featuring arts, crafts, jewelry, beads and more. All surrounded by the contagious and soul-satisfying sounds of live, authentic reggae music. You’ll find it all at the Oakland Reggae Festival.

We are currently taking applications for single item food vendors as well as product vendors. As always we have limited space, so please register us as soon as possible by:

1. Completing the vendor application form here at checkout.
2. Food Vendors Only - Submit additional Alameda County Temporary Food Booth Applications  
3. Food Vendors Only- Food Handlers Permit 

4. Providing the relevant vendor fees.
5. City of Oakland Business Tax License
6. Sellers Permit & Insurance

Upon completion of registration your Vendor Status Letter & Participation Packet will be sent to you via.

Application Deadlines:
Food Vendors: 9/29/17

*Alameda County Temporary Booth Application must be submitted 10 days prior to the 10/14/17

Product Vendor Deadlines: 10/7/17

INSURANCE & RE-SALE NUMBER REQUIREMENTS: All food & restaurant vendors participating in these events must have $1,000,000 of liability insurance per event. Upon acceptance to a concert you will be forwarded additional information regarding insurance requirements for the specific event. You will be required to name City of Oakland Parks & Recreation, & the city & county where the concert takes place as additional insured. We must receive your certificate of insurance 30 days prior to each event. In addition, all applicants must provide us with your current resale number.

ALAMEDA COUNTY HEALTH PERMITS: You must complete the applications & send them back immediately. Return any of the health permit applications to them directly; you must send a copy back to us for processing. Alameda County Temporary Booth Application must be submitted 10 days prior to the date of the event.
